Answer 1: It's good cause kids don't need to be reading passed PG-13.
Answer 2: No, it isn't fair on people who over 18
I'm going with answer 2 cause most people who use forums are adults. And I see nothing wrong with R rated. Way I see it, if a kid is too young to read sex there too young to use the computer by themselves anyway.
