Melvin and Umino are the same person,so basically,you want to kill Umino/Melvin.I know. ;D But Umino is much less obnoxious than the dub Melvin, and has a prettier voice. Though he does turn evil in one of the early episodes and flip Haruna-sensei's skirt.  Sadly, this epidose was never dubbed in English, so people who've only seen the NA dub don't know that Haruna-sensei has a smiley-face on the back of her undies. Save: Nephrite Kill: Mamoru

I saw the one where he flipped up her skirt...did you see the look on her face? *laughs* It was priceless! I saw Melvin/Umino in the Japanese version,and he just seemed so dull and had less of an interesting personality than the US dub,IMO.
