That includes traditional, North American varieties, and the shooters.
I can't choose between the spider roll or tako(octopus), but I also like the unagi(eel) and anything with cucumber in it. I've tried the uni(sea urchin) shooter and was not much impressed with it but I thought it was cool that sea urchins are edible. If you haven't tried the spider roll, you should try it because despite it looking strange, it's very sweet and crunchy, and once you have one you will want more.
